O is for Orange

from 10.00

There are several varieties of oranges from the sweet navel to the sour Seville that ripen during the dismally grey months of January and February. This bright fruit shines out in the depth of winter so we thought for the first on a series of classes exploring the sensory nature of colour, we would start with Orange. We will be immersing ourselves in an entirely orange world; setting up a still life predominantly using the colour orange while orange scent infuses the space, and orange juice will be served to drink. Come along for some serious Vitamin C ,and please feel free to bring your own orange paint!

At The Islington Art Room we try to make our classes as affordable as possible, so we offer a number of concessionary places. These are reserved for those who are unemployed, claim Job seekers, have a low income or are students. If you are unsure if any of the concessions apply to you, or wish to be considered for our limited number of £5 concessionary places please email us at: islingtonartroom@gmail.com.
